You caught a bug in our zestimate algorithm that led to artificially inflated values in some counties in New York and Hawaii, which we corrected a week or so ago. Glad to hear that the new values are more realistic.

The ultimate assessor of data accuracy is the home owner, which is the reason that we allow owners to claim their home and edit the home facts if they are incorrect/outdated.
